Top-of-the-Barrier (TOB) model

  1. Extract density of states and electron velocity from the energy dispersion as the input data of the top-of-the-barrier model
  2. Solve I-V and quantum capacitance from the self-consistent potential at the top of the barrier
  3. Use the source side Fermi level to center Ioff
